A La Carte package

This is an hourly based service, designed for couples that have the time to plan and coordinate their event and have booked all the vendors but would like the assistance of a professional and experienced Event Coordinator on their wedding/event day to make sure everything is running smoothly.

Available 2 weeks prior the event day and includes a team of 2 persons. Additional assistants can be added if required.


Month Of Coordination

This is our most common service starting 2 - 3 months prior the event day.

This package is designed for couples that have booked most of the vendors but need assistance coordinating all the details with vendors prior the wedding or event to ensure a properly flow on the special day.

This is the busiest time and we are here to help you secure and put together all the details, updates and take the stress away from you so you can relax for your upcoming day.


Full Event/ Wedding Planning

This service is designed for the busy or for the out of town couple who are often to busy to be able to devote enough time to planning a wedding, needs guidance to achieve their dream wedding and want the  piece of mind having a qualified professional to personally assist you with the entire planning process, leaving more time for you to enjoy with your friends and family.

This Package includes everything from design and décor to selection of vendors to assemble the best possible team. Pre-wedding events such as dinner rehearsal and post-wedding brunch can be added to this service.

Pricing is based on location, number of guests and individual needs. 

Consulting without a planner

Vanessa is available for wedding and event consulting services to advice and guide you in your planning process. You will be provided with a "must have list" to ensure you have all the answers and important  information for your event.

Private consulting fee is $150 for 2- 3hrs.
